This project focuses on upgrading and modernizing the wastewater transportation and treatment infrastructure in the Kaliningrad Region to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and environmental compliance. Key elements include the rehabilitation of treatment plants, the replacement and expansion of pipelines, and the training of local personnel to ensure effective long-term operation.
